“My relationship with my partner has absolutely bloomed since working with Candy. We recognized that the underlying theme was nervous system dysregulation, themes of co-dependency and ultimately an unwillingness to be vulnerable. I have always been in a very committed relationship, but we had not committed to growing or nourishing the relationship. We we're in such a place of disconnection, a total lack of communication and not really spending any time together. I really didn't know if there was going to be a way forward for us. I was too scared to be vulnerable, scared to share my truth and that is something that's really transformed my life and my relationships. It allowed time for the fears and underlying beliefs that had been holding me back to arise so we could acknowledge, listen, soothe, and rewrite them. I know my sisterhood gatherings are the seed of a bigger vision for my life and I am really proud of myself for actually taking the action to host my event. My level of self -compassion and self-acceptance is growing and it's real. Now saying I love and accept myself isn’t just something I say, I’m actually embodying and truly feeling it.

“I wanted to learn Reiki so I could help people through dark parts of their lives and to do my own self-healing.
