When?
The program is 12 weeks and begins on Monday October 28th.
Classes will be held on Mondays 11am (beginning October 28th) at 11am AWST (4:00pm NZDT, 2pm AEDT, Sunday 8pm PDT) OR Fridays 2:30pm AWST depending on the time-zones of the participants who join! Fridays (7:30pm NZDT, 5:30pm AEDT)
There are two integration break weeks - 25th November and two weeks over Christmas with classes resuming on 13th January.
What Is included?
12 x 1 - 1.5 online classes (weekly) which include live guided meditations, fun group exercises and practical tools. Classes are over 12 weeks with the final class finishing on Monday 3rd February 2025..
Private Facebook group of like minded soul sisters! Accountability and support to move through layers of resistance in connection with others.
What do I need to know?
Each weekly class will be 1-1.5 hours per week (depending on the size of the group) and will be held live on zoom. All classes will be recorded and shared in a separate private Facebook group so we can all stay connected and share our breakthroughs between classes. If you are unable to attend class live you can watch the recording in your own time as it suits.
